Environmental Policy Statement

It is Allegheny Technologies Incorporated's policy to continue to maintain and operate all its businesses in compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations and permits.  We recognize the need to protect the environment and the importance of the measured and efficient use of the earth's natural resources.  We take an active role in discovering and implementing means to protect our environment and our natural resources, which enable better use of resources and sustainability.

Consistent with this policy, ATI Primary Metals and Exotic Alloy facilities commit to:

• Conserve and protect, with measured use, the earth's natural resources.
• A best-in-class environmental management system that is continuous improvement focused and alligned with the strategic intent of the business
